Wherever you are with your technology, there's a place to start.

You don’t have to know exactly what you need before you reach out.
Find the situation below that sounds closest to yours.

“I need to understand what I have and what I need”

A plain-English review of your setup: what’s working, what’s redundant, what’s putting you at risk.

If your tech setup feels like a pile of tools and subscriptions you’re not sure you need, we can walk through it together.

We’ll look at what you’re currently using, point out what’s redundant, what’s risky, and what’s actually working. Then you’ll get a clear, plain-English plan for what to do next. This works whether it’s just your own setup or your whole organization’s.

Let’s look at your tech setup

“I need to learn or get advice on something specific”

One focused session, or a prepaid set of sessions for better value across multiple tasks.

Sometimes you just need one focused conversation to work through a specific problem or question. I’ll walk you through what’s going on, explain why it happened, and send you a short recap afterward so you have something to refer back to.

If you already know you’ll need more than one session, it’s worth prepaying for a set of sessions instead. You save money per session, and you can use that time however you need it, whether that’s three separate questions or one bigger project. There are three, six, and ten session bundles.

And if you’re trying to get a group, team, or your staff up to speed, I also do group training sessions built around your group’s day to day needs.

Let’s talk about upskilling

“I need ongoing support”

An ongoing partnership, not a break-fix relationship. A few different levels of contact, matched to what’s useful for you.

If you’re tired of thinking about tech only when something breaks, this is what you’re looking for. Instead of calling me when there’s a problem, I become your tech partner who already knows your setup and checks in with you regularly, so small things get caught before they become problems. Think of it less like tech support and more like having a primary care doctor for your technology.

There are different levels to choose from, a single monthly touchbase to a deeper, ongoing partnership if you want real oversight over your technology and vendors. The right level depends on how much time would be useful to you, and that’s something to talk through together.

Let’s figure out what level of support makes sense

“I need a specific deliverable”

A document, guide, or template built for what you need, or formatting an existing document.

Sometimes what you need isn’t a conversation or an ongoing relationship. It’s just a finished product. That might be a template, a guide, or a reference document built for exactly your processes. Or it might be a document you already have that needs to be well formatted, whether that’s a report, a proposal, or something academic. Either way, tell me what you’re working on and I’ll tell you what it would take.

Tell me about your project

Not sure which one fits? That’s okay too.
